Bring in some chocolate, of course!
Maybe once you get to modern chocolate, you can say, “And here is what chocolate has turned into today,” and then pass some out.

give out chocolate
make it yourself and explain the process
but make sure it tastes good! lol
Bring a TON of chocolate!
Hot chocolate, chocolate fountain, chocolate wafers, chocolate chip cookies, etc.
Also, make like a time line of all the different ways chocolate making has been changed throughout the years, and bring that type of chocolate to the seminar.
