Custom chocolate bars.?

I want to give a gift to someone. I would like a large flat piece of chocolate so i can add a custom message on it using icing. Does anyone know any websites online who do this type of thing…thorntons and lindt i think only do small bars were you can only put one or two words.
Can anyone give some links where I can do this.
